Delivery Methods
UK Delivery
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Express/Next day: 1 day.
Standard shipping: 1 - 3 days.
Please note that during seasonal or busy periods, delivery times may vary depending on your chosen shipping method.
Europe Delivery
UPS: Approximately 5-7 working days after dispatch.
DHL Express: Approximately 1- 2 working days after dispatch.
All shipments include tracking details and require a signature upon delivery. Local customs and tax fees may apply.
US, Canada & Rest of the World
UPS: Approximately 5-7 working days after dispatch.
DHL Express: Approximately 1- 2 working days after dispatch.
All shipments include tracking and require a signature upon delivery. Customers may be liable for additional shipping fees after the second failed delivery attempt.
Production Time
Please note that as each Qanitaan piece is made to order, production takes approximately 1–8 working days before dispatch. Delivery timeframes listed above apply after your order has been shipped.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
We kindly ask that you refer to our size chart before ordering.
As each Qanitaan piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds.
In the rare event that there is a fault with your item or you receive an incorrect order, we will be happy to arrange a return and refund.
Please kindly note:
• Custom, made-to-measure, pre-order, sale, and clearance items are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• For hygiene reasons, hijabs and scarves cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Exchanges are limited to one per order.
To qualify for an exchange, items must:
• Be returned in original condition, unworn and unmarked, with all tags attached
• Be free from odour or perfume
• Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order
To request an exchange authorisation, please email qanitaanceo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. All exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be reserved.
If your exchange is approved, please allow up to 10 working days for processing. Customers are responsible for return postage costs — we recommend using a tracked delivery method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.
